The Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral has developed a series of Leadership programs to help generate a pull of Leaders within our community.

Jr. Leadership Cape Coral is an educational and interactive program for local high school juniors.  One of the program goals is to provide supplemental learning possibilities to students interested in developing leadership skills before leaving their high school years. Another goal is to share with the students the many career possibilities in the local area. Focus is on preparation for their future by learning about their local community.

Leadership Cape Coral is a proactive 13 week program designed to help our business community to learn about the infrastructure that drives our city, rub elbows with local dignitaries, tour facilities not open to the general public, learn how to support our community, become part of the elite core of chamber members and establish a bond and form a network with your classmates.

Once graduating from the Leadership Cape Coral program, business leaders can join the Advanced Leadership Cape Coral program. The Chamber and Keiser University have developed a seven part advanced leadership series where participants will revisit core leadership concepts and tools to help refine their leadership skills in order to maximize business results.
